REP11

Football training at home

Ten minutes in the backyard, and it counts.

One short session a day — the drill, the coaching cue, and what to look for. No plan to build. No session to book. Works for a four-year-old, a teenager, or you.

01

A free daily loop

Three things to practise today, chosen for you. The daily loop, and everything on wellbeing and recovery, stays free — a promise, not a trial.

02

Backed by the research

126 of the drills carry a plain-English note on why they work, and where that comes from a published source, we name it. Not what happened to work for one kid.

03

No ads. Anywhere.

Not on a child's profile, not on a free plan, not once. There is no advertising code in the app at all.

How it works

The phone is the coach, not the game

Open it, see today's three, put the phone down and do the reps. The minutes happen with the ball at their feet — not on the screen.

Every drill has the coaching cue a parent can read out, and what a good rep looks like. Finish the three, keep the streak, done before dinner.

Each player gets a card that grows with them, so a seven-year-old can see a season's work in one screen.

The household rule

One price for the whole house

Football apps charge per child. A family with three kids is the family that needs this most, and the one that gets punished hardest for it.

So REP11 is priced per household — every player under your roof, one subscription. Everyone gets their own profile, their own level and their own streak. Nobody is sharing an account with their little brother.

Four to adult

Every age, properly

Not one program with the hard bits taken out. Each band gets its own session length, its own language, and its own idea of what a good rep looks like.

  • Little Ballers, under 5 — two minutes, one idea, lots of touches. A grown-up reads it out.
  • Juniors — ball mastery, the first real technique work, and a streak worth keeping.
  • Teens — full sessions, personal bests, and the tactical side most apps skip.
  • Adults — the same library, no kid framing. Sunday league, or just want your touch back.

Inside the training

Thirteen areas, ten minutes at a time

Not a pile of clips. The library is organised the way a coach plans a season, so today's ten minutes always belongs to something.

  • Warm-Up
  • Ball Mastery
  • Juggling & Air
  • 1v1 Moves
  • Wall Work
  • Agility
  • Defending
  • Engine
  • Power
  • Recovery
  • Finishing
  • Dead Ball
  • Off the Ball

222 drills · 131 skill tests you can re-score against yourself · 7 challenges

Defending and recovery are in there because a squad has to win the ball back and look after bodies — not because the list needed padding.

Questions parents ask

The honest answers

What ages is REP11 for?

Everyone in the house. Little Ballers starts under five, Juniors and Teens get their own programs, and adults train from the same library with no kid framing.

What do we need?

A ball and a few metres of space. Backyard, hallway, park — the drills are built for home, not a training ground.

Is this more screen time?

The phone is the coach, not the game. A session is short: see the drill, put the phone down, do the reps. The minutes happen with the ball, not on the screen.

Do children get accounts?

No. There are no child accounts, no ads to children, no photo uploads and no messaging. A child plays under a parent's account, or as a guest profile that never leaves the device.

What will it cost?

One price for the whole household, never per child. The daily loop and all wellbeing content stay free. Exact pricing is announced when doors open.

When does it open?

We're still filming the drill library — we'd rather ship it right than early. Email hello@rep11football.com and we'll write once, when there's something to join.

Run a club or an academy?

We're lining up a few pilot clubs. Structured homework between trainings, one dashboard, no admin.
