Delete your REP11 data

The short version
Almost everything REP11 knows about your child stays on your own device and is never sent to us — their name, their age band, the avatar they built, and every drill they have ever done. Uninstalling the app deletes all of it, at once, with nothing to ask us for.
A small amount does leave the device, and this page says exactly what, what deleting achieves, and how to ask.
Before you ask — please read this first
There is no delete button on this page, and nothing here happens by accident. Deleting is done by email, a person reads it, and we write back to confirm before anything is removed. A child cannot delete a family's training history by finding this page.
Deleting cannot be undone. If you ask us to remove a child's record, their drill history, personal bests, streak and trophies go with it, and we cannot bring them back afterwards.
Two gentler things to try first, in case one of them is what you actually want:
- Just want to stop using REP11? Uninstall the app. Everything on the device goes with it, and you never have to contact us.
- Just want one child's profile gone, not the whole family's? Say so in your email. We will remove only the profile you name.
How to ask us to delete your data
- Email support@rep11football.com
- Put Delete my data in the subject line
- Tell us which app you mean (REP11) and, if you have a REP11 account, the email address you signed in with. If you do not have an account, tell us so — this version of REP11 does not offer sign-in, so there is usually nothing held under your name at all.
- We will reply within 30 days, and tell you what we deleted and what, if anything, we could not.
You do not need an account to ask, and we will not ask you to create one.
What is deleted, and what is kept

We do not collect your location, your contacts, your photos, videos or audio, your child's health or fitness measurements, or any advertising identifier. There are no ads in REP11 and no third-party analytics.
If REP11 ever holds an account for you
Sign-in is not offered in this version. When it is, deleting your account deletes everything under it — every profile, every training record, and the sign-in identity itself. That happens immediately from our live systems, and within 30 days from our backups, which keep a rolling 30-day recovery window.
If nobody signs in to an account for 24 months we will contact you, and if nothing happens by 36 months we delete it.
