Founding tester access: what "free for your family" means

Thank you for helping build REP11. You are one of up to twenty families who tried REP11 while it was still being made. This is what we promised you, in plain words.

What you get. REP11 Premium, free, for every player in your household, on any phone signed in to your family account. No card, no trial, nothing renews and nothing is ever charged for it.

How long. For as long as Bolly Labs Pty Ltd offers REP11 and your family account exists. It does not run out after a year, and it does not end when paid plans open for everyone else.

What it covers. REP11's core app and everything in REP11 Premium, as Premium changes over time. If Premium gains new drills, programmes or features, you get them too.

What it does not cover.

• Other apps made by Bolly Labs, even ones linked to REP11. For example REP11 Arena, if it is ever sold separately.
• Separate paid extras sold on their own, outside Premium. For example a one-off coaching pack or physical gear.
• Club, academy or team plans paid for by an organisation.

It belongs to your household. It cannot be sold, transferred or given to another family. If your household changes, tell us and we will sort it out fairly.

When it ends. It ends only if:

• you delete your family account. The claim goes with it. If that was a mistake, ask us and we will look at restoring it.
• the account is closed for breaking REP11's Terms of Service, for example being used to harm a child.
• REP11 closes.

If REP11 changes.

• If REP11 is sold or passed to another company, we will make keeping this promise part of the deal. If we cannot, we will tell you at least 60 days before anything changes.
• If REP11 closes, we will tell you at least 60 days before, and you can ask for a copy of your family's training history. We cannot promise REP11 will exist forever. No small company honestly can, so we will not say "forever".
• If Premium is split up or renamed, you keep the features you had, under whatever the new name is.

Your rights. Nothing here takes away any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law. REP11's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy still apply.
